Anieka was brilliant! She searched for the credit I had in account, realised that a cheque had been issued in March which I had not realised, asked a manger to cancel it and re-apply as a credit. The only downside was that I still had to pay a $50 admin fee, but Anieka’s actions me at I didn’t have to come and collect a cheque then go to my own bank and pay it in, which is so time consuming. Well done Anieka!

It was great to know that Saxon still think that having the ability to speak to a rep and not a machine still has some value. I was pleased with the young lady (Allena Rankin) who took the time to deal with my policy renewal via phone and she was very professional during this process.

When my car broke down I was concerned but was able to utilize Saxon’s roadside assistance to tow to my mechanic. I was then provided an allotted amount for car rental and the customer service and communications were just great! Accommodating and cordial and real help at a time
